iWhisper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate transcription services, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service. You use iWhisper at your own risk.

2. Subscription Terms

Monthly Subscription

• Monthly subscription costs $5.99 USD and auto-renews every month
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months

Lifetime License

• Lifetime license is a one-time payment of $49.99 USD
• Provides permanent access to all premium features
• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
• No recurring charges

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, not Apple. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

4. Refund Policy

• Lifetime License: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
• Monthly Subscription: Cancel anytime, no refunds for partial periods
• Refund requests must be sent to support@iwhisper.pl
• Processing time: 3-5 business days

5. Account Management

Your iWhisper account is tied to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

iWhisper and all related software, content, and trademarks are the property of iWhisper. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software without explicit written permission.

7. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. All voice processing happens on-device when possible to protect your privacy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to iWhisper at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in Polish courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of iWhisper after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
